God is a comedian playing to an audience too afraid to laugh.
So, it’s been almost a year since I last posted on this blog. Man, a lot has changed. The last year of graduate school was a blur. I vaguely remember two internships, a handful of networking events disguised as socials, and one never-ending thesis. But, as of last week I am officially a graduate of NYU! Now, I’m on a mission to get a big girl job and start making a name for myself (again).
I feel sorry for people who don’t drink. When they wake up in the morning, that’s as good as they’re going to feel all day.
There’s nothing worse than loving someone who’s never going to stop disappointing you.
